Outstanding food at a medium-priced hotel. Super-friendly and accommodating staff members. Marvelous location in Norco, CA. Beautifully maintained and newly renovated room with a nice bubble bath and TV for US$76. Free breakfast with a wide array of food and beverages.

My shower didn't work, had to wash up in sink. Pool was out of order. Creepy people with their doors open.

The king room with bathtub had basic facilities you need. A shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets were available there. Good location in the Yorba Linda area. All was good!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Too much noise too early from the remodel. Poor parking. Missing light bulbs in the lamps. No clock. Sink leaked. Not enough room lighting. Two lamps, one the desk and one in the corner of the room.

This was supposed to be a 4 star Hotel according to Booked.net. It's not! The coffemaker were in the bathroom and it was more like a bad motel. The wi-fi disconnected all the time. When we booked it was a Best Western but when we arrived it was'nt anymore. The pictures on booking must be taken many years ago or staged it is not what it looked like.
